You can buy tickets online from the Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera website.

Online sales end at 11:59 p.m. on the day before the performance.
The ticket price is the regular price, without reductions.

Up to 15 tickets may be purchased online at one time.

You can pay for your online ticket purchase by electronic bank transfer or payment card.
Payments are handled by Dialcom Sp. z o.o. through the internet portal www.przelewy24.pl .

If your bank accepts the payment order but fails to send confirmation of payment within 30 minutes, the selected seats will be re-listed for sale.
The money transferred from your bank account will remain with the operator handling the payments, to be used during your next purchase or returned to your bank account.

The payment operator - Dialcom24 Sp. z o.o. (ul. Nagórskiego 3, 60-408 Poznań), owner of the portal Przelewy24 (www.przelewy24.pl/kontakt.htm) - will notify you by e-mail of the situation and should then be contacted directly (e-mail: serwis@przelewy24.pl  or tel. +48 61 847 52 64).
 
Collecting your tickets:
- tickets purchased online can be collected from the theatre box office Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., or from the reception on the right-hand side of the main lobby an hour before the performance, but no later than 15 minutes before the performance,
- before you can collect your tickets purchased online, you will be asked to present the unique booking number sent to the e-mail address you provided during the transaction,
- the unique booking number should be kept confidential. The theatre takes no responsibility for the consequences of divulging the number to third parties.

An invoice may only be issued to the person or company making the online ticket purchase.

Tickets purchased online may only be returned if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled. 

Late arrivals will not be seated until the intermission.
