You can buy tickets online from the Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera website.

Online sales end at 11:59 p.m. on the day before the performance.
The ticket price is the regular price, without reductions.

Up to 15 tickets may be purchased online at one time.

You can pay for your online ticket purchase by electronic bank transfer or payment card
Payments are handled by PayU S.A. through the internet portal
www.platnosci.pl.

If your bank accepts the payment order but fails to send confirmation of payment within 30 minutes, the selected seats will be re-listed for sale.
The money transferred from your bank account will remain with the operator handling the payments, to be used during your next purchase or returned to your bank account.

The payment operator – PayU S.A. (ul. Marcelińska 90, 60-324 Poznań), owner of the portal Platnosci.pl (www.platnosci.pl/kontakt/) - will notify you by e-mail of the situation and should then be contacted directly (pomoc@platnosci.pl) or by phone 61 630 60 05.

 

Tickets purchased online can be collected from box office No. 3 in the main lobby, and before the performance - from the reception on the right of the main entrance :

• Tickets for all performances can be collected:

             Monday to Friday from 9 a.m.
             Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m.

• On performance days, an hour before the performance the box office will only issue tickets for the given day; please collect these tickets no later than 30 minutes before the performance.

• On non-performance days, tickets for all performances can be collected up to 7 p.m.

• Before you can collect your tickets purchased online, you will be asked to present the unique booking number sent to the e-mail address you provided during the transaction,

• The unique booking number should be kept confidential. The theatre takes no responsibility for the consequences of divulging the number to third parties.

 

An invoice may only be issued to the person or company making the online ticket purchase

Tickets purchased online may only be returned or changed if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled.

Tickets purchased from the Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera box office
       may be returned, with the original receipt, no later than:
       group tickets - five days before the performance
       individually purchased tickets - one day before the performance. 

Late arrivals will not be seated until the intermission.
